A PUBLIC HEARING will be held as follows: DATE: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2022 TIME: 11:00 A.M LOCATION: FRANKLIN AVENUE ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLEX MEETING ROOM 201, 6920 FRANKLIN AVENUE, NEW ORLEANS, LA Pursuant to Article 7, Section 23(C) of the Louisiana Constitution and R.S. 47:1705(B), a public hearing of the Southeast Louisiana Flood Protection Authority – East on behalf of the Orleans Levee District to consider levying additional or increased millage rates without further voter approval or adopting the adjusted millage rates after reassessment and rolling forward to rates not to exceed the prior year’s maximum. Close public hearing: ADJOURN.
